Through the integration of vibrational sound therapy, clinical hypnotherapy, and the FasciaWave methodology, we address the mind-body connection holistically. We don't just treat symptoms; we journey to the root, inviting your body's natural intelligence to lead the way back to harmony.

Kristine Barnes is a passionate practitioner and guide, deeply committed to the art of holistic holding. As a Certified Hypnotherapist and an authorized Meditate Affiliate Teacher, she brings a wealth of clinical understanding woven with intuitive, energetic care.

Her journey into the healing arts was born from a profound personal understanding of how trapped trauma and stress manifest in the physical body. This realization led her to specialize in somatic modalities, notably becoming a trainer and practitioner of the FasciaWave technique and a certified Gong Practitioner.

Kristine's approach is gentle yet profound. Whether she is striking a resonant gong, guiding a hypnotic trance, or certifying new practitioners, her singular intention remains constant: holding the space for you to trust your innate truth.

No prior certifications are strictly required! These courses are specifically structured to accommodate both beginner enthusiasts seeking personal development and seasoned healthcare or holistic practitioners (massage therapists, bodyworkers, yoga teachers) expanding their professional modalities.

What is the group size requirement for hosting an off-site workshop in the Bay Area?

We require a minimum of two (2) registered participants to bring a customized workshop or certification program to your location in the Greater Bay Area or surrounding Northern California regions.

Do you offer virtual one-on-one sessions?

Yes, select consultations, guided Yoga Nidra, and hypnotic trance sessions are available virtually over video call for clients outside of Northern California.
